halloween has got to be my favorite holiday of life. i liked nils' costume because its freezes a transitory period between clark kent and superman. His business clothes still show anchoring him to pedestrian life, but his iconic S peeks through; his destiny revealed. Its an interesting character study. So last year i was a bear, but little did i know the large bear culture popular here in san francisco. bear culture being large fat hairy gay men loving on each other. so i was not getting why so many huge bearded men wanted to take their picture with me in my costume. i lose.
this year i'm being a whale, i can't see anything secretly sexual about it. please, clue me in if i'm being naive.
